  1. Compilation of statistics and statements of changes of land registration.
  2. Examination, registration and correction of annulment of registration.
  3. Registration, correction, or documents and documentation of land registration cases.
  4. Filing of application and registration of land registration, and management of warehouse.
Land Survey Section
  1. The affairs includes checking and resurveying lands and fixed buildings.
  2. Chart bank management, examining then giving copies of buildings' plane chart and cadastre.
  3. Arranging and changing non-city's lands.
  4. Safekeeping and amendment of land charts.
  5. Survey of unregistered land.
Land Valuation Section
  1. Evaluate land price changes and market prices.
  2. Promulgation of current land value and land price.
  3. Report of changes of land prices.
  4. Separate calculation of land prices.
Land Use Section

Official document receiving and sending , official seal , collecting fee and other services.

Accounting Office

Annual revenue , annual expenditure , budget , Gerneral final account.

Personnel Office

Personnel appointment, discharge, transfer, training, further study, evaluation of performance, citation and penalty, welfare, remuneration, retirement, pension, etc.
